Adopt a Plot
Adopt a Plot was a new initiative for the 2021 growing season. The aim of this program is to allow groups of people to grow food in the London Food Bank's vegetable gardens for use in client hampers. Each group will take on a section of our gardens to help plant, raise, and harvest vegetables. We now have 14 raised beds and will be installing a number of garden rows around the greenhouse later this Spring. Some of these spaces will have pre-assigned crops and others will be completely up to you.
If you are interested in adopting a plot with a group, or know of any groups that would like to adopt, please complete the form below with the size of your group (and name of group if applicable), if you prefer a raised bed or a garden row, if you prefer to take on a pre-assigned crop or if you'd like to choose your own, and if you are able to start seedlings indoors right away. We have an abundance of seeds to choose from!
