Financial Information -2025
The London Food Bank is committed to responsible stewardship, transparency, and accountability in the management of community resources. Our financial information provides an overview of how donations, grants, and community support are used to operate food programs, distribute food, maintain facilities and infrastructure, and support services that assist individuals and families across London and area.
As a community-supported organization, we believe it is important to openly share how resources are managed and directed to support our mission. Through audited financial statements, annual reporting, and ongoing public accountability, we strive to ensure that every contribution — whether financial, food, volunteer time, or community partnership — is treated with care and respect as we continue helping our community share its food resources.

Notes From the Board
The London Food Bank’s Board of Directors is committed to responsible financial stewardship and long-term sustainability. As part of this commitment, the organization maintains operating reserves equivalent to approximately one year of operational expenses.
These reserves are not funds sitting unused, but rather a safeguard that helps ensure stability during times of economic uncertainty, rising demand, unexpected emergencies, or disruptions in funding and food supply. Maintaining strong reserves allows the Food Bank to continue serving the community reliably and responsibly, while protecting programs, staff, infrastructure, and essential services that thousands of individuals and families depend upon each month.
This approach reflects the Board’s commitment to balancing immediate community needs with the long-term health and resilience of the organization.
